The General Manager will lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the fast-paced and expanding site at Swindon and will have line management responsibility for the senior management team and accountability for the employees at the site

Skills/Duties:

• Responsible for the successful delivery of business strategy
• Fulfil key performance indicators and objectives across all departments
• Responsible for ensuring financial targets are met, developing annual business plans and contributing to budget plans.

• Demonstrable ability to interpret data and information
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical / food manufacturing environment is desirable
• Strong understanding of GMP and associated control requirements
